ELYSIA is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that aims to facilitate the digital transformation of real world assets. It has the following uses and fundamental principles:

1) Minting fee: The ELYSIA Protocol will collect fees for minting asset tokens from the issuer. The fee amount differs based on the category of the asset, and any modifications to the fee structure will be determined through votes by Active Participants.

2) Staking program: The ELYSIA Protocol operates an EL token staking program with two primary objectives:

a) Granting voting rights for governance: Staking EL tokens provides participants with the ability to vote on matters related to the protocol's governance.

b) Rewards for participation: By staking EL tokens, participants can earn rewards in the form of protocol and mining revenues.
