The new SUN token will have multiple functions, similar to CRV token and EPS token, granting holders the rights to vote and govern the community, capture value, and receive staking rewards. The goal of the SUN redenomination plan is to make it easier for people to hold SUN tokens and encourage the growth of the SUN ecosystem. The total supply of SUN tokens will increase from 19,900,730 to 19,900,730,000 at a ratio of 1:1000, while the market cap will remain unchanged.
